At your initial meeting with one of our solutions designers they will take the time to listen and understand the issues you have with your current onsite waste management solution and the incumbent contractors providing you with your services. At this stage they will conduct an onsite waste management review of your current solution and start mapping out areas we could make improvements. The solutions we design are only as good as the amount and quality of information we receive at this stage, so it is best to have at least 12 months of waste related data prepared for this meeting. Whether that is 12 months of invoices, waste reports or any data you have put together yourself.
The solutions we have designed and implemented have provided our clients with an average 60% uplift of onsite recycling levels and an average 20% reduction in waste related costs. By utilising technology in the waste and recycling sectors and building this into the solutions we design, we find ways of minimalising the need for contractor to attend site and in turn reducing waste and disposal costs. This also removes the contractor reliance for certain services and in turn, improves your service levels. All of our solutions have recycling and environmental improvements at the forefront, ensuring your new solution is ticking all the right boxes.
Once we have presented your new solution to you and you agree to move forward, the implementation part of the project beings. We organise everything, from delivery and installation of your new equipment to the removal of your old services and delivery and timing of your new services. Your Solution Designer and Account Manager will be onsite to take delivery of new equipment and services and organise the roll out of your new solution. They will then meet you at the end of the roll out process to ensure you are happy with everything.
Unlike most contractors and management companies, we dont drop everything and leave you too it, we are with you all the way through your time with us. You will be allocated a dedicated Account Manager who will take over the management of your account from your Solution Designer 30 days after roll out and will be there for you on an ongoing basis. They will meet with you on a regular basis to go through your waste reports and not just show you areas of improvement, but show you options to take to achieve these improvements. You will also have access to our customer service team on a daily basis for any day to day enquiries or service requests.
We understand that your businesses waste and recycling requirements will evolve and change over time, whether this means an increase in services or even a decrease in service requirements. That is why our contracts are flexible, enabling you to change services and service levels during your contractual term with us when waste level trends change.
